If you are planning to use insurance or have a specific therapist in mind that you would like to work with, please be sure to mention that in the email. Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond with a list of therapists who might be a good fit for your needs (and who are in-network with your insurance).

We will also ask you to send us an image of the front and back of your insurance card, along with your date of birth, so that we can verify your insurance benefits to see how therapy sessions are covered. Once benefits are verified, we will let you know what coverage looks like and send you a link to our client portal so that you can set up an account and complete the intake forms.
